SLA Minicourse (2020)

While working for Indy Hall as Director of Operations, I was approached by Science Leadership Academy to teach a “minicourse”. Every year SLA invites professionals from a broad range of industries to teach a 10 class series on their organizations and careers.

Freelance Festival Marketplace (2020)

I designed and led this program as an alternative to structured networking for the Freelance Fest 2020, a community-building event for freelancers, consultants, and clients around Philadelphia. The goal was to get people talking to each other by providing just enough structure to grease the proverbial wheels. We were also able to use the activity to capture a ton of invaluable data about our attendees.

SOL Food Summer Program (2017)

In 2017 I designed and taught the curriculum for a 6 week apprenticeship on an urban farm in North East Philly. This is the rough outline from the 6 week program, including an introduction to Food Justice, learning about the history of growing food in our country, analyzing our organizations impact, grading our organizations alignment with other local businesses, and much more.
